About Euan McLeod, CTO & Video Streaming Expert

Euan McLeod is a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and video streaming expert with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling large-scale video streaming, OTT, and live streaming platforms. As a senior engineering leader, he has held CTO and SVP Engineering roles delivering consumer streaming products to tens of millions of users across media and entertainment.

His work spans the full video technology stack: streaming architecture, video encoding and transcoding, content delivery networks (CDN), low-latency live streaming, adaptive bitrate playback, cloud infrastructure, and scalable distributed systems. He has led engineering teams that launched and operated streaming experiences for HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video (NFL Thursday Night Football), WarnerMedia, Turner and the NBA, CNN, Pureflix, and IBM.
